Guarantee

Every Ferrino article is designed in every detail and made with the materials most suitable for the use it is subjected to. The stringent “Qualità Ferrino” quality controls guarantee a product that is free of defects in the material and workmanship. If these types of defects were to appear, the guarantee applies and has a duration of two years after the date of purchase^*.

Bear in mind that:

• The guarantee does not cover defects caused by improper use or normal wear of the components after prolonged use.
• The buyer must bring the defective article to the point of sale where the purchase was made, along with the receipt (a condition required for validity of guarantee).
• The shopkeeper shall have it shipped to the distributor or directly to Ferrino.
• Ferrino shall, at its discretion, replace it or repair it. If the defect is not covered by the guarantee, the repair will be made at low cost and will include shipping.
• This guarantee does not limit the rights of the consumer as defined by the laws in force in any given country.

* High Lab products have a guarantee for three years.
