Activity

Gianfranco Martin is the founder and president of the Freewhite Ski Team of Sestriere (Torino). The association is made up ski and snowboarding instructors who are dedicated to introducing snow sport techniques to non-disabled and disabled youths. The objective is to learn by having fun in the snow at all levels.
Gianfranco - ski instructor and federal trainer since 1996, after having participated in the national ski team - is the trainer for the national disabled team, an activity to which he has transferred the same passion he demonstrated during his own competitive career, which brought him considerable renown.

The quality that people recognize in you?: I think they see me as a great worker-thinker; both as an athlete and as a technician and sports director.
Your flaw?: Un po’ troppo diretto nell’affermare le mie idee… ma con l’età sono migliorato.
A childhood memory that you hold particularly dear?: Snow… I fell in love with it as a child and it has always given me thrilling sensations.
