(20.01.2010)The High Lab A/W 2010-2011 collection is dominated by clean-cut, essential designs in line with the very latest apparel trends for garments with character and harmony, where straight lines and curves alternate with acute or wider angles.
Slim elegant fits that guarantee comfort and freedom to move during sports activities. All garments stand out for their refined construction and finishes; bonded details, waterproof zips with cursor compartments, small and functional accessories such as special pockets for your iPod, iPhone, glasses, etc.
The colour dove grey features large, in 3 shades inspired by the colours of rocks; brand new warm greys together with anthracite and ice grey and 3 extremely sporting technical colours: periwinkle, orange and pinkish red for women.
With a view to offering customers items with the highest performance, Ferrino has begun an important partnership with “EVENT”, a brand name membrane which is extraordinarily waterproof and breathable, qualities that come from the millions of pores of which it is comprised (Direct Ventilation Technology). “EVENT” is the main feature of the men’s and women’s jacket, KUFFNER, a technical shell with stretch inserts and appliqué parts coated in technical substances for greater resistance but with an urban feel.
GALIBIER a multipocket technical jacket with removable fleece lining that can be worn on its own, in the variations red, black and graphite, while INDREND is a jacket with fixed filling in Primaloft®, complete with ventilation zips to combine maximum technical comfort with light weight and compressibility.
MISCHABEL is a quilted jacket with prime 95/5 goose feather filling, completely stitched in stretch thread, a technique borrowed from the brand’s next-generation sleeping bags. The result, as well as being a garment with a metropolitan feel, is extraordinary performance and a close fit, making this ideal for active wear. Extreme compressibility and light weight make down an ideal emergency filling.
There is a wide variety of “second layer” garments in technical wool or micro fleece with Tecnostretch inserts, like the THURES model, which is available in anthracite, coral and blue.
The collection is completed by a range of technical pants, such as the LA GRAVE model with pockets for skiing or freeride wear, roomy fit and stretch fabric inserts as well as being completely water proof and taped. Then there are chinos in stretch technical material with a clean-cut design that makes them perfect for wearing when setting out from home or on après-ski walks. There are also technical stretch ski pants for ski mountaineering and snowshoeing use.
