Mountain custodians

The CNSAS (National Alpine and Cave Rescue Corps) was founded on 12 December 1954, but its roots go back all the way to the spirit of solidarity that is so natural to people from the mountains.

Time in the mountains and the birth of so many sports and extreme activities have meant that alpine rescue has had to develop, becoming the all-round, organised body that is the CNSAS.

A capillary network covers the whole country and is comprised of some 7,000 operators, forming a team of top-level professionals who have been working actively with Ferrino in the quest for increasingly innovative technical solutions since 1998.
