The After-Sales and Repairs team is in-house and is always available to provide advice on how to optimize the maintenance of our products and to manage repairs, both under warranty and out of warranty.
It is the task of the experts in the department to offer the customer a general assessment of the damage to the product and the consequent repairs to be made.
Ferrino is committed to sustainability, and for this reason it chooses to minimize its environmental impact, prioritizing the repair service for any type of product, without affecting the properties and performance of the materials and the various components.

THE REPAIR AND ASSISTANCE TEAM
The personnel in charge of product repair and customer relations are part of the Ferrino workforce: a choice that we have been proudly pursuing for decades, in order to maintain direct contact with those who buy and use our products.
Thanks to our direct relationship with the final customer and with retailers, we intervene efficiently and promptly to solve both the individual problem related to the product purchased by the individual customer, and to intercept any recurring problems on certain articles or processes, thus allowing us to remain up-to-date on the commercial and technical mechanisms related to after-sales.
Our assistance and repair team is composed of highly qualified personnel, working in this role for over 10 years, careful and ready to use their experience to solve any problem that may affect the post-purchase experience.
We will provide you with the necessary repair parts, so you can fix your product and continue to explore new worlds in the wild.
